Dynamite’s The Devilers

Today Dynamite Entertainment announced that award-winning writer Joshua Hale Fialkov will write a new comic book series The Devilers, which Dynamite will debut in 2013. Among Fialkov’s credits are the Harvey-nominated Elk’s Run, the Harvey and Eisner-nominated Tumor, and the Harvey-nominated Echoes. Fialkov has also written extensively for Marvel (Rampaging Wolverine), DC (Superman/Batman, I, Vampire), and Image (Alibi, Cyblade).

Dynamite has not released any details about The Devilers so far, but the cover image to issue #1 by Marc Silvestri certainly looks intriguing with a Devil’s Head looming over a group of figures in shadow, each of which appears to be wearing the symbol of one of the world’s great religions.
