Review: A Reaper’s Tale

Review: A Reaper’s Tale

It’s been some time since my last post, however, writing and full-time work kept me away. So, I’d like to come back with a recommendation about a book by a friend, Adam Slade, called “A Reaper’s Tale.” I wrote the review on my website and I’m linking it here. Here’s a snippet:

I also like that there’s a system of commerce in the afterlife. Souls have a value as commodity like Uranium or pork bellies. Mal gets the leftovers on the bodies (sometimes), including jewelry and cigarettes. However, I would have liked Adam to expand more on what’s done with a black market soul and how there might be someplace else processing souls for some other use, like a supernatural organ harvesting.

Adam is an up and coming writer who’s got it together in his freshman effort. Read my review and go buy a copy!
