Ok, it’s been a while I know.

Looking back nothing has been posted here for a long time but I don’t want people to think that the site is dead.

I have been getting the itch for recording but as my work schedule is what caused us to be unable to record I need to see where we can go from here with Brian and look towards the future.

I will keep you all updated and if you were to see a return what would people like to see?

Kryptographik is a trans-continental podcast featuring Brian (in the U.S.) and Damian (in Australia), providing news, reviews, commentary and interviews covering horror, dark fantasy and science-fiction.

In our 31st episode, we discuss with author Dirk Manning the seven-year journey his creation Nightmare World made from webcomic to Image Comics; working with over two dozen artists on multiple continents; his Newsarama column ‘Write or Wrong’ and the lost art of juggling humor, horror, pathos and Cthulhu Cultists in 52 8-page stories.

Our Belated Halloween episode has finally been recorded after a multitude of recording issues and timing snafu’s.

We should have it out Tuesday next week!

Hey all!

I just wanted to leave you all a quick note saying that we are still here and will be coming back with new episodes really soon. We had recording one episode which unfortunately fell to the corrupted file syndrome that is the bane of podcasters everywhere.

Other than that I’ll take a lot of the blame myself for our lack or episodes due to my work schedule we haven’t been able to find a time were we could get to record. Hopefully that will be different soon and we’ll be back with a vengence.

We also will be having a Belated Halloween episode coming out soon so keep an eye on the site and remember to follow Kryptographik, Hellstorm and Lord Shaper on twitter!

Peter Rios from CGS has put the call out to all podcasts for the next comics podcast theme event – Horror!

Focusing on horror, all podcasters have to do is release an episode during the last week of October on the subject of Horror in comics.

Our problem is deciding exactly what to discuss (or limit ourselves to) in the episode.

Leave your opinions in the comments or on the forum?

It’s been a long time coming but we finally have the new website design up and running. I’d been putting it off as it would take a while to try and convert from Drupal which we were using to WordPress.

Unfortunately I couldn’t convert the database from Drupal to WordPress so I have been spending the day reposting everything and keeping record of the dates that they were originally posted.

So let us know what you think of it and if there is anything missing on the forum or in the comments.
