Arrow Targets Royal Flush Gang And Geoff Johns

The world of Arrow keeps growing bigger and bigger, as a whole new group of characters from the DC Universe are about to get introduced.

Zap2It reports that Kyle Schmid, best known for his work on “Being Human,” will star in an upcoming episode of The CW’s Green Arrow adaptation as Ace, one of the members of the Royal Flush Gang. The group of baddies will make themselves known during the sixth hour of the TV series, titled “Legacies,” an episode said to feature a major bank robbery and a ton of playing card masks.

In further “Arrow” news, DC’s very own chief creative officer and “Justice League” scribe Geoff Johns has announced that he’ll be writing the show’s seventh episode, “Muse on Fire.”

“I’m thrilled to be writing this episode of ARROW, and while I can’t give too much away, I think comic fans are going to like what we have in store for them – keep an eye out for the Huntress,” Johns said in a statement released on DC’s The Source blog.

The CW’s “Arrow” debuts on Wednesday (October 10) at 8 p.m. ET.
