Amber’s Review & Interview: TWILIGHT GUARDIAN

Last week’s episode of Amber’s Review covers the new issue of Top Cow’s Pilot Season winner TWILIGHT GUARDIAN. The series is only promised four issues as a winner of the competition but let’s hope that comic readers will show their support and send their feedback to Top Cow. As far as responsiveness goes, Top Cow is one of the few companies that seems to give a crap what the fans have to say.

AMBER: Where do you find inspiration?

TROY: The trick is not finding inspiration, but recognizing it when it smacks you in the face. People talk about writer’s block all the time, a condition which I have never experienced. If you leave yourself open to what’s going on around you and recognize all the magic, even in the mundane, you’ll always have inspiration. And for gosh sakes don’t sit around waiting for it. Every time I hear someone talk about their “muse,” I want to hit them in the head with a ballpeen hammer.
