DETECTIVE COMICS #871:

Highlights:
* This is one of the best creative teams to hit comics. It’s like DC won the fantasy draft picks.
* DETECTIVE COMICS has to maintain some semblance of continuity with Batman, Incorporated and there being two men in the Batsuit. If it’s kept under control, then DETECTIVE will easily continue to be one of the best on the shelf.

BATWOMAN #0:

Highlights:
* Despite her reboot’s controversy regarding Kate’s sexual orientation, her character remains true to her goal of wanting to be an equal to Batman.
* Batwoman is most likely unclear about the new multiple Batmen in Gotham City. The Batman, Incorporated story will either take over focus from her as a vigilante in Gotham or help boost her as a crime fighting leader to others rather than her current role on the fringe as a solo hero.
